Abstract
Diagnosis of tuberculosis is rather difficult task, where the clinical data and the data of laboratory diagnostics must be taken into account. The most important in laboratory diagnostics are histological examination of affected tissue material and cultural microbiological research. Each of these methods has advantages and disadvantages. The aim of this study is to identify the signs of tuberculous lesions in patients with culture-confirmed TB - as an indication of conformity of histological and microbiological laboratory diagnostics results.
