Abstract
In the beginning of XX century the economy of Ottoman Empire was in deep crisis. t strongly remained behind from other countries of the world. In the beginning of the XIX century the Young Turks who came to the authority made an effort to improve the economy of the Empire attempting the new national economy policy which was worked out by them.
