Abstract
Mullerian anomalies are a group of disorders with varied presentations. Cervicovaginal atresia is one of the rare form of mullerian anomalies that occurs in one in every 80,000 to 100,000 births1. Primary amenorrhea with cyclical abdominal pain is the initial clinical presentation followed by primary infertility. Here we report a 24 year woman with cervico vaginal atresia presenting as primary amenorrhoea with cyclical abdominal pain which was surgically managed with vaginoplasty and abdominal hysterectomy.
