THE JUDICIAL ACT AS A SOURCE OF CASES OF LEGAL SUBJECT (for the studying professional educational organizations)

This article is devoted to a question of consideration of the judicial act as source for creation of cases in the professional educational organizations. The author, speaking about a case technology, discloses importance of use for cases of legal situations from real life. And judgments allow the teacher to study material on the most interesting legal examples. In arti- cle benefits a case technology and that effect which will allow students to become more com- petitive in future professional career are specified.
