Abstract
A high prevalence of endocrine diseases in children and adolescents with simultaneous tendency to reduce the incidence is revealed in Ternopil region by a comprehensive analysis of the dynamics of basic health indicators - prevalence, incidence, its structure in children up to 14 years and adolescents. These indicators show the need for a qualitative examination of children with active detection of diseases of the endocrine system of primary health service - family physicians, pediatricians.
