Abstract
This article presents comparative characteristics of structural and functional parameters of the trunk vessels and clinical laboratory indices in the patients with stage II hypertension with different body mass. It determines that hyperinsulinemia and systemic inflammatory response factors of C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 take part in vascular remodeling mechanisms and arterial hypertension progression in the patients with normal body mass and with the obesity.
