PENGUJIAN PENERAPAN E-LAKIP DI DAERAH TERPILIH

The testing of e-LAKIP application aims to find the problems that often arise and to provide initial solutions to solve problems that arise during the implementation of e-LAKIP in the area. The development requires listening and paying attention to issues that arise during the implementation of e-performance reports in the past. Then, the problems can be categorized into technical issues and the substantive issues. Therefore, selection of technical problems can be made. In this way, problems can be grouped and quick solutions can be formulated. Findings indicated that the role of organization and bureaucracy are needed since the project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation are carried out by the organization itself. Indeed, further improvements for e-LAKIP should be carried out continuously without having to wait for the troubles during the application comes.
