LEXICAL HOMONYMS IN THE INGUSH LANGUAGE

Based on the material of the Ingush language the homonymy as universal language category is considered in this research work. The main types of homonyms are considered by means of the analysis of system relations between homonym words because system relations of the word give the broad picture of its semantic originality. The author focuses the main attention on emphasizing the main types of homonyms of the Ingush language and determination of objective criteria for differentiation of homonymy and polysemy.
