THE ROLE OF WRITTEN COMMUNICATION IN ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT

Abstract
Communications are complicated processes, that cover several interrelated stages, each of which is important for understanding of addressee the essence of the sent message. If one ignore some rules of submitting of the information, its content may be strained or even lost. So one should choose such method of communication, which can provide the most effective and the safest exchange of information in every management situation. The aim of the publication is to find out the role of written communication in the process of organization management, to research the advantages and disadvantages of different kinds of communication. Written communications are notes, letters, reports and others. With their help one can solve many problems, related to spoken communications. However, written communications are not so spread as it may seem, although they have some advantages. They are pretty authentic: notify constantly mutual relations. The receiver can read it attentively and then use it again, if it will be needed. Given this, written communications are more suitable when talking about important details. They are also preferred if one or another side needs written notes as a testimony of what really happened. At the same time, one of the biggest disadvantages of written communications is that, they slow feedback and interchange. The disadvantage is also a time, used for writing, typing, sending, receiving, directing, reading. If the letter contains unclear information, so several days for specification will be needed. Spoken communication allows to solve management tasks in few minutes. Communications permeate all the organization's activity and affect different aspects of its functioning. The importance of choosing of one of the communication variety depends on specific management situation.
