Evaluating the effectiveness of innovation and investment projects of the environmental focus

The article shows the comparative characteristics of corporate investment funds (CIF) and public joint stock companies (JSC) as corporate enterprises. There were considered the features of their creation and management, securities issue, listing procedure, category issued shares, terms of placement and circulation of securities, the payment of dividends. Particular attention is given to the question termination of activities of such corporate groups, procedure of sequence of payments during their disposal.
