Abstract
The article highlights the basic elements in assessing the manufacturing diversification potential at the industrial enterprise. The scientific-methodological approach to the potential assessment of the manufacturing diversification at the industrial enterprise has been developed, which allows considering the risks of losing the present market outlets through justifying the managerial decisions.
