Factors influencing the development of labour relations between entities of the social labor sphere of the Donetsk People’s Republic

On the basis of the obtained theoretical results, the factors influencing the development of labour relations between entities of the social labor sphere were identified. Certain aspects, influencing the development processes of social labour relations between the labour market participants are considered. It is set that the pivot in the development process of social labour relations between the labour market participants is the behavioural constituent, which is based on the acquired and inculcated standards of socially-responsible behaviour. Factors influencing the development of labour market of the Donetsk People’s Republic and the conceptual approach, improving the relations between the market participants, are suggested.
