The article is devoted to the consideration of the level of patient satisfaction with the quality of paid medical services in the municipal and private medical and preventive institution in Barnaul. The results of surveys are presented, a number of problems related to the provision of paid medical services by state medical and prophylactic institutions are highlighted.
