Abstract
Authors describe issues that are needed to be solved urgently to overcome shadow economy. Main solutions are: strengthening of state control and tax discipline of “deshadowing”; creation of additional legal jobs; strengthening the struggle against corruption and “dirty money” laundering; creation of special unit against illegal employment; widening clearing system that should become the main payment system.
