This article presents for the first time ever the reasonable suggestion to examine the theatre as a subject of economic activity in the sphere of man’s recreation. There are given calculation formulas based on the Kondratiev N.D. dynamic model of capitalist economy, which help to calculate volume of necessary investments in the theatrical sphere which works for far-reaching task of recreation the nationwide human capital.
