Abstract
The problem of preservation of reproductive health of the male population is in modern conditions, one of the most important problems, which can be explained as a real demographic situation in the Ryazan region, expressed in gender disparities, the rapidly aging population, low birth rate, high mortality and in the negative trends of morbidity.
