Abstract
The problem of the formation of psycho-pedagogical competence of teachers, graduate students and masters of higher medical school. Determined the competence of the teacher, as a set of professional knowledge, skills, values, and the willingness to use them for the effective implementation of activities and the criteria for assessing its formation. On the basis of the justified level of theoretical and practical training of students, which addresses the problem of formation of communicative competence. Presented and summarized the conclusions for the implementation of the educational process of the university innovative educational technologies, with a view to the formation of psychopedagogical competence of the teacher, one of the indicators of which is communicative competence.
