Abstract
In this article, the importance of the formationof communication skills in future medical doctors are justified. The authors pay a special attention to strategies and tactics of reporting bad and unpleasant news to patients and their relatives. The description of an interdisciplinary educational module on the assimilation of the professional communicationculture for residents is provided.
