Abstract
This article discusses the basic principles of energy saving in a Smart House and methods to reduce payment for electricity taking into account the needs of residents. In the article, there is a description of the device of energy management system in detail and its functions are indicated. The article presents the latest technologies to reduce the use of energy from renewable resources and installations of Smart-meters that allow real-time pricing.
