CHARACTERISTICS OF SURGICAL INTERVENTIONS AND COMPLICATIONS OF OPERATIONS FOR DIAPHRAGMATIC HERNIAS

Abstract
This article describes methods for the treatment of diaphragmatic hernia, which were applied in 1 RCH in Izhevsk for 2015-2016, as well as characteristics of the operations in this pathology. It was found that the most common operation for this diagnosis is plastic diaphragmatic hernia, the percentage of endoscopic interventions, is 13.5%. Most of the operations in this pathology, have III category of complexity - 89,2%, the average term of hospitalization of the patient, in this disease – for two weeks.
