ON IMPROVEMENT OF METHODS ENDOVIDEOSURGICAL HERNIOPLASTY

The article presents an analysis of its own endovideosurgical methods hernioplasty at inguinal hernias. In order to reduce pain during hernia repair TAPP method and reduce the time of the surgery itself, it was decided to abandon the fixation of the implant polymer and an analysis of the flow of early postoperative period. Patients were divided into 3 groups of comparison. The first group included 66 patients with hernia repair TAPP method. The second group included 24 patients with hernia repair TAPP method without fixation of the mesh implant. The third comparison group consisted of 44 patients who 44 hernioplasty TEP technique was performed. The proposed method TAPP without fixing polymer implant showed their worth as in the early postoperative period in comparison with the classical method of TAPP significantly reduced the severity of pain and the incidence of local complications.
