Abstract
The problem of motivation and motives – one of the core in psychology. The prob- lem of motivation has long occupied the minds of scientists, she devoted defies accounting of the number of publications. Currently, science did not develop a common approach to the is- sue of the motivation of human behavior. Particularly poorly understood structure was profes- sional and pedagogical motivation of the students in the process of preparation of the expert in high school. Since the value of the period of his youth at the moment the development of so- ciety increases significantly, the study of the psychological characteristics of college-age, and in particular the motivation training institution becomes very important and necessary phe- nomenon in the modern psychology of higher education.
