Abstract
Objective. Reduction in incidence of miscarriages by studying and predicting the influence of genetic predictors in women with multiple pregnancy. Material and methods. The peculiarities of distribution of polymorphisms in IL-8 (-781 C/T), MTHFR С677T, Fll G20210А, FV(Leiden) G1691A and PAI-1675 5G/4G genes and their role in women with multiple pregnancy miscarriage were studied. Prognostic role of identified genetic predictors in the development of miscarriage was evaluated. Conclusions. The analysis of allele and genotype frequency showed the risk of reproductive losses in examined women as compared to the control group; the most significant genetic markers were discovered and their interaction was determined by polymorphisms in the studied genes.
