Principles and approaches of formation cluster of economics in mechanical engineering

The article stipulates that a cluster is a collection of small businesses with their functions, united by common economic objectives and concerns to develop and supply innovative products to its consumers. Thus the organization of the cluster is a system because it combines a number of business entities as ele- ments of the system, while small businesses are a set of relatively stable relationships between them and large firms. It is indicated that there are a lot of organizational, financial and investment problems of for- mation and effective interaction of the enterprises in the cluster. This issue requires further theoretical devel- opment of a comprehensive and offers practical advice in terms of the formation and interaction of the enter- prises in the cluster.
