AN INTERESTING CASE OF MASSIVE OSTEOLYSIS OF TIBIA

We had a three years old female child in our OP brought with the complaints of low gradefever and pain in the right leg for the past two weeks.The patient was otherwisecomforable.Investigations revealed severe destruction of the bony architecture of the tibia and thedestruction continued to progress at a rapid rate even after antibiotic therapy was started.Here wediscuss our surgical and histopathological evidences we had with the patient and the variouspossibilities including the rarest of diagnosis which may even be a possibility.
