Abstract
The Vehicle Routing Problems with Backhauls (VRPB) is an attempt of author(s) to extend the classical VRP concept where it includes customers and vendors to be serviced involving both delivery and pickup points. Here authors attempt to propose a heuristic which provides a new insight into a problem which is an extension of VRPB proposed by Goetschalckx and Blecha,1998 Generalized Assignment Problem (GAP) using Time Dependent variable approach. The RD Heuristics proposed by the author gives superior result than any existing solution as shown in Tab.1 in appendix.
