BIM technology is a modern approach to design-build-operate. It allows you to combine various software products and tools, which makes modeling much cheaper, simplifies the process of visualizing the future object. This technology is new in the field of construction, and therefore there is a large number of contradictions associated with its implementation and application. Proceeding from this, the main task of modern construction is to realize the importance of BIM and solve the problems associated with the development of information modeling.
