IDENTITY AS AN ANALYTICAL CATEGORY OF POLITICAL SCIENCE

In this article, the author considers the use of the multi-valued concept of "identity" in political science. He concludes that for the analysis of the political sphere it is advisable to use the concept of "macro-political identity". For effective analysis, the author suggests isolating structural levels that correspond to certain types of identity.
