Abstract
The author conducted a survey of the attitude of applicants to the recruitment agencies of St. Petersburg. In the survey data were received on 13 parameters, calculations were made and conclusions were made regarding to the perception of recruitment agencies as an employment service providers in St. Petersburg, and also a map of the perception of services of recruitment agencies was built.
