Abstract
Abstract Employees perception of HRM practices helps in building commitment towards work in organization and positively impacts their turnover intentions (Retentions). The employee’s motivation and performance are nothing but a result of self-efficacy feeling which is created with the help of employee friendly policies and practices. The focus of the same must be towards building team culture and the stress must be led upon employee’s development across the hierarchical level, coupled with career planning and succession planning results in many fold benefits for the organization. The major focus of this survey is to find out the impact of various retention strategies adopted by an organization with special reference to manufacturing organization.
