Abstract
In the conditions of fire, reinforced concrete structures are exposed to high-temperature fire, which changes the physical and mechanical properties of concrete and reinforcement and can lead to the destruction of the structure. In this article discusses the influence of high temperatures in the conditions of a standard temperature fire on the basic strength and deformation characteristics of concrete and reinforcement according to the norms of the Russian Federation - STO 36554501-006-2006 [1] and SP 27.13330.2011[3] and according to the norms of the countries of the European Union - EN 1992-1-2: 2004 [2]. The results of the comparative analysis show there are differences in the values of the coefficients for the reduction of strength and deformation characteristics according to the norms of the Russian Federation and the EU, which is due to the difference in the principles of designing reinforced concrete structures under the conditions of a standard fire.
