ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ ПОНЯТТЯ «СОЦІАЛЬНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНИЙ РОЗВИТОК ПІДПРИЄМСТВА» В УМОВАХ ПОСИЛЕННЯ КОНКУРЕНЦІЇ

Objective. The article aimed to study the interpretation of the concept core of socio-economic development of the enterprise taking into consideration changes existing in the economy. Methods. During the research it was used the following methods: the methods of theoretical generalization and comparison, analysis and synthesis (to clarify the meaning of «social and economic development of the company»), induction and clustering (to clari-fy the classification of the species' social and economic development»). Results. The concept of «socio-economic development of the enterprise» was deter-mined based on the research done. Based on the specific features of the proposed classifi-cation of «enterprise socio-economic development» and confirmed the dynamic and cycli-cal movement of the plant by the continuity of action changes in the external and internal environment. The logical link between the 'economic development' and the 'socio-economic development of the enterprise» was shown. It is shown that socio-economic development of the enterprise is characterized by purposefulness, is limited in time and speed and effec-tiveness and depends on the stage of economic development. Scientific novelty. The content of socio-economic development of enterprises re-ceived further development, namely, it was proposed to consider development as a dynam-ic purposeful activity on the basis of rational use of resources, improving quality and the properties of products, made with the aim of satisfying customers' needs and improving enterprise social sphere. The classification of the existing types of socio-economic devel-opment of the enterprise was done. Practical significance. The classification of the existing types of socio-economic de-velopment of the enterprise was specified. The resulting definition aimed at improving the management of socio-economic development of enterprises.
