Abstract
Moral hazards and moral responsibility are seen as inseparable components of any deliberate, voluntary, and autonomous choice among diverse possibilities. Ethically responsible behaviour is seen as a prerequisite for preventing and counteracting a multitude of moral hazards in society. In recent years, addressing ethical issues in medical practice has been gaining attention. An ethics committee is the interface between various stakeholders (institutions, doctors and patients) in the resolution of various ethical issues, cases and issues.
