Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the relationship of learning achievement with job readiness, (2) the relationship perception of the world of work with job readiness, (3) the relationship entrepreneurial spirit with job readiness, and (4) the relationship of learning achievement, perceptions of the world of work and life entrepreneurship simultaneously with the job readiness of students. This research is a quantitative research. A population of 95 students of mechanical engineering education semesters 5th. Samples were selected 95 students for the sampling technique using total sampling. The technique of collecting data in the form of documentation and questionnaires, while the technique of data analysis used regression with SPSS 20.0. The study concluded that: (1) there is a relationship between learning achievement of students with job readiness with a significance of 0.053, or 5.3%, (2) there is a relationship between the perception of the world of work with job readiness of students with a significance of 0.044 or 4.4%, (3) there is a relationship between the entrepreneurial spirit with the readiness of students working with a significance of 0.050 or 5.0%, and (4) there is a relationship between student achievement, perceptions of the world of work, and the entrepreneurial spirit with the readiness of students working with a significance of 0.146 or 14, 6%.
