ЕКОНОМЕТРИЧНА МОДЕЛЬ ПОПИТУ НА ХАРЧОВУ ПРОДУКЦІЮ ПЕРЕРОБНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ АПК

Objective. The purpose of this article is a regional analysis of the demand for food prod- ucts of processing agricultural enterprises by applying economic and mathematical models. Methods. During the study of a regional model of demand for food processing en- terprises of agroindustrial complex methods of correlation and regression analysis and economic-mathematical modeling are applied.Results. On the basis of the study a mathematical model of the regional demand for products of processing enterprises of agroindustrial complex are considered and devel- oped. With the help of mathematical transformations using the methods of differential ge- ometry of A. Conus the equations for the analysis of regional demand for products of pro- cessing enterprises of agroindustrial complex are received. Regional analysis of demand allows to determine the consumption patterns in the regions under the influence of the in- come level of the population, and the relations between different socio-economic groups, the distribution of productive forces.
