Abstract

Objective. To determine the condition and characteristics of the world market of milk and dairy products, to analyze the competitive structure of the market and level of its con- centration. Methods. Dialectical method of scientific knowledge, methods of grouping and clas- sification, methods of time series analysis, ratio analysis are used. Results. Based on the analysis the quantitative and qualitative features of the world market of milk and dairy products were determined, peculiarities of its competitive struc- ture and level of concentration were characterized.
