Abstract

Objective. To explore the peculiarities of the formation of the principles and functions of the strategic monitoring in the enterprise management system. After the definition of the functions and principles, which should correspond to the strategic monitoring, to identify the main problem of the formation of strategic monitoring in the enterprise management system. Methods. The ambiguity of concepts and multi-variance of economic measurements lead to the necessity of normative approach methods application to the solution of the strategic monitoring principles classification tasks. The basis of the development of those principles composes the general scientific (philosophical) research methods, methods of system analysis of economic objects, methods of measurement of economic theory. Results. As a result of the research the necessity to improve the methods of evaluation and analysis of the enterprise economic activity results was revealed. This is possible thanks to the formation of a system of principles that constitute the theoretical basis of the strategic monitoring system modeling and governing the procedural side of the study. Accordingly, the authors suggested full reflecting the essence of the economic processes of the enterprise to combine both quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the formation of the construction of strategic monitoring system principles. Also, methodological, methodical and applied principles of research, development and practical application of the monitoring system were highlighted.
