ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ДОСВІДУ КНР У РОЗВИТКУ ПРИМОРСЬКИХ РЕГІОНІВ ТА МОРСЬКОЇ СКЛАДОВОЇ ЗОВНІШНЬОТОРГОВЕЛЬНОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ

Objective. The objective of the article is the research of PRC's international policy and its sea component, yustification of modernization of forms and methods of international cooperation on the basis of coastal regions, assessment of existing level of foreign economic and trade cooperation between coastal regions of Ukraine, provinces and cities of PRC. Methods. This article was written by using methods of economic modeling (for outlining the priority areas of development of Ukraine-PRC bilateral trade), including methods of computer-aided economic-mathematical modeling, namely: research of dynamics of statistical indicators of external economic activity of Ukraine and PRC on the local and state levels. Analytical indicators were used for measuring external trade. Results. PRC sea policy is a priority and key element of external trade. Ability to sustain sea transportation is a pivotal point of advancement for Chinese commodities on external markets and also a way to sustain Chinese economy by importing raw and energy materials. Analysis of trade between coastal regions of Ukraine and PRC demonstrates that potential of their cooperation is not utilized to its fullest. It is appropriate to optimize interregional cooperation with certain provinces of PRC, refocus strategic priorities, and utilize measures for improving economic ties in the context of realization of “New Silk Road” mega regional infrastructural proyect. Long-term mission of cooperation between Ukraine and PRC is creation of free trade areas in Ukraine's coastal sea port cities, reorientation on innovation areas of cooperation with a foundation of improvement of institutional basis of bilateral cooperation.
