СТАН ПОЧАТКОВОЇ ТА СЕРЕДНЬОЇ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ОСВІТИ ПІД ЧАС НАЦИСТСЬКОЇ ОКУПАЦІЇ УКРАЇНИ У ЗОНІ ВІЙСЬКОВОЇ АДМІНІСТРАЦІЇ

Objectives. The present article is aimed to analyze the conceptual framework of policy in the field of professional education during the Nazi occupation in the territories under military govern-ment; to determine the quantitative and qualitative working conditions of the system of professional educational institutions; to find out the population possibilities with regard to the articulation and implementation of their educational needs. Methods. In order to ensure the study representativeness, the objectives achievement, general scientific and general historical, as well as historiographic (identification, information source selec-tion and their complexes formation, attribution, verification) research methods are used. Scientific results. The conceptual bases and specific character of policy manifestation in the field of education during the Nazi occupation of Ukraine in the territories under military government are determined; conditions and peculiarities of professional educational institutions are described. Scientific originality. A number of sources of Ukrainian and foreign archives, oral historical sources which define educational process in the occupied territory of the eastern regions of Ukraine are introduced in the scientific field. Methods for analyzing the daily life problems of or-dinary human in extreme conditions of wartime are improved. Practical value. The conceptual issues of the publication can be used to create scientific works on recent history of Ukraine, in particular its eastern areas during the Nazi occupation, the general works on the history of education and history of Ukrainian culture. The factual material can be useful for archival and museum staff in the thematic exhibitions preparation, the creation of historical displays and conducting re-exposition of historical and local regional museums.
