STATE INNOVATIVE STRATEGY AND POLICY: INTERDEPENDENCE AND INTRODUCTION SEQUENCE

In this article the issues of order and sequence of formation and introduction of innovative strategy and innovative policy are considered. It was revealed that innovative policy is the main instrument in implementation of innovative strategy; strategy determines transformation of policy in priorities and instruments of the state interference in economy and its actions direction and the principles of their implementation in the long-term period.
