PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF LANGUAGE TEACHER BASED ON THE INTEGRATIVE APPROACH

The article deals with the issues of the professional competence of teacher, the leading structures of the pedagogical activity motives, the general scientific principles of teacher training, their initiation to the pedagogical innovations, the adaptation of young teachers of higher education, and of how they develop and improve their professional pedagogical skills, system providing lecturers with electronic textbooks and manuals, the extent of their willingness to use the modern information technologies, the optimal combination of general, group and individual forms of educational process organization in high school.
