THE MODERN MONEY. RESTORATION OF THE LOST FUNCTIONS

The way to restore two out of three functions of money, lost after the main reserve currency, US dollar, failed to provide paper money directly with precious metals, is suggested. This way implies introduction of selfdependent value standard in the system as a free-floating paper currency containing 1 gram of chemically pure gold or any of the metals indicating value (platinum, silver, palladium) and free from strict fixation of its intrinsic value in nominal value of any fiduciary monetary units or ones decreed by states. The way is covered by patent of the Russian Federation.
