Abstract
Wegener's granulomatosis is a low-frequency but severe disease. The aetiology and pathogenesis of the disease are not completely understood. In this article, the case reports are presented, where Wegener's granulomatosis was detected at two patients, who has received no adequate treatment for a long time due to late diagnosis.
