Abstract
Surgery of jaw keratocyst is complex for diagnostics and treatment. As usual, it is diagnosed on the basis of pathohistological examination. In our cases, after cystic fluid elimination, bone cavities were filled by bone tropic material Ex Fuse and isolating interseptum, which showed good clinical result with preserved intact teeth in the area of neoplasma growth.
