For example, frequent elections have always meant the dependence of politicians on public opinion, and the system of checks and balances dictated the need for continuous dialogue between the various branches of government. Lobbying in the US is conducted at all levels of government. Its objects are congressmen, members of the presidential administration, employees of ministries and departments of the United States, officials and members of the state and county level, municipal officials, etc.
