Abstract
The task of the motion of artificial lunar satellite on the basis of one embodiment of a non-stationary problem of two fixed centers in the presence of the additional force proportional to the velocity of the satellite and the relative velocity of the mass change is considered. The differential equations for the osculating elements of the disturbed motion of satellite are established
