Abstract
The article considers the influence of external factors on the yield of different varieties of durum wheat in the rainfed conditions of the southern region of the republic. During the investigations it was identified that yields of the new varieties of durum wheat – Mingchinor and Langar – exceeded the standard variety of Leukurum-3.
