EXPRESS EVALUATION OF INNOVATIVE COMPETITIVE ABILITY OF ENTERPRISES

The validity of evaluation of innovative competitive ability of the industrial enterprises according to the level of innovative potential development is proved this in article; the methodical aspects of express evaluation on prepotent personnel component are given; the applied aspect of technique usage consisting in possibility of justification of administrative influences and priorities of financing (subsidizing) of the innovative industrial enterprises is emphasized.
