Abstract
The article presents the results of the study of comparative span fiber output variability in complex interspecific hybrids and backcrossing of F1-F5, obtained with the participation of D1, D5, A2, AD1 and AD2 cotton genomes. In the early generations of synthesized hybrids, a wide range of formative process of fiber output is distinguished. In older generations, variability helps release excess parent families and standard varieties on the grounds.
