Abstract
Biological and technological capabilities of cultivation of winter vegetation crops on the irrigated lands of the Samarkand region are given in this article. The crops suitable for this purpose are determined, based on the researches during 1995-2010 optimum temperature condition of soils, photosynthesis features, the transpiration of overwintering crops (barley winter, borecole boot, oil radish, typhon, beet, carrot etc.), seeding rate are established that provided a high-quality harvest of both seeds, and biomass with the least labour costs and funds for 1 hectare of the area.
